Unruly Frontier Airlines Passenger Dragged Off Plane in Florida While Biting and Kicking Police Officers

Honestly, it seems like every single day there’s an unruly passenger incident that makes headlines … and the stories keep getting crazier and crazier. This one involves Frontier Airlines, which was just in the national news last week for getting busted and admitting to the fact that their gate agents are paid a fee every time they make one of their passengers pay $99 to carry or check their bag at the gate. It’s criminal. But still not as bad as Spirit Airlines gate agents who were just arrested yesterday for stealing from a passenger’s left behind carry-on and throwing away the rest of the contents including car keys, medicine and family heirlooms – all while recording videos and laughing. Appalling.

Speaking of appalling … According to the New York Post, “Four cops dragged a woman off a Frontier Airlines flight by her limbs after she threatened to attack a fellow passenger and tried to bite responding cops. Simone Bryna Kim, 24, of Killeen, Texas, was caught on camera Tuesday arguing with a man aboard a flight bound for Philadelphia on the tarmac at the Miami International Airport.”

I’m not sure how these passengers think they can get away with this kind of behavior but it’s a new trend and it only appears to be getting worse. Back in my day, being arrested was a huge deterrent from doing something against the law but that just doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

What’s even more disturbing is that the trend appears to involve more and more young females like this mother who attacked an American Airlines gate agent in the Miami International Airport in January or the young woman who did the unthinkable while attacking police in the Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

In a disturbing video posted on TikTok (embedded below) with the caption “POV you flying with Frontier”, you can see a woman verbally yelling and threatening a male passenger a couple of rows away while boarding the plane. Fortunately, there was a female passenger between the two, who was the real hero for preventing the situation from escalating.

Thanks to the NY Post for transcribing and translating the audio Kim said: “I’ll beat you the f– up. What you trying to be on. I’m going to rock your s–t.” The video cuts to her deplaning and then being dragged and carried by several police before presumably being placed in the back of a police car.

According to ABC 7 NY, “The flight crew asked her to leave the Frontier Airlines flight, but she refused, so they called the police. Once under arrest, police say she struggled, kicked, scratched, and bit the officers.”

ABC News also released a statement from Frontier, which stated, “Yesterday, during the boarding process for Flight 2326 from Miami to Philadelphia, two customers got into a verbal altercation which resulted in one of the customers being asked to deplane. Upon her refusal, assistance was requested from local law enforcement. We defer to the Miami-Dade Police Department for additional information.”
