LAX is expected to be the nation’s second busiest airport this Thanksgiving holiday. And to help reduce traffic congestion Los Angeles Airport Police traffic officers will hand out complimentary coupons for 30 minutes of free airport parking. They are hoping to encourage motorists to park their vehicles rather than circle the Central Terminal Area or wait curbside for arriving passengers.
Starting at 5 a.m. today (Thursday, November 22, 2012) and lasts until all coupons have been distributed. They expire at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2012.
