In addition to climbing the Bilt status tiers based on the annual amount of points earned, fast-track options will include spending on the following expenses:
- Spending amounts for the Bilt World Elite Mastercard®
- SoulCycle classes booked in the Bilt app and at Bilt Dining eligible restaurants with any card linked in your Bilt Wallet
- Lyft rideshares when Bilt is the set rewards partner in the Lyft app
- Bilt Travel Portal purchases
Here is how to reach Bilt elite status under the new program in calendar year 2024:
- Silver: Earn 50,000 points or spend at least $10,000
- Gold: Earn 125,000 points or spend at least $25,000
- Platinum: Earn 200,000 points or spend at least $50,000
The expanded options make it easier to earn Bilt Status without paying rent. So far, the loyalty program has favored rent payers which is the original target audience.

More Tier-Based Benefits
There are going to be more status-based benefits, such as more valuable transfer bonuses to airlines and hotels with a higher elite status tier. Bilt elite members can also get priority access to events.
Rent Day promotions are continuing throughout 2024, and members can expect more tier-based perks on the 1st day of each month and potentially throughout the year on an extended basis.
