Last week’s airline and airport news:
Due to Covid restrictions and the airline’s change in schedule, we cancelled our flights from Washington, DC to Lisbon and Lisbon to Marseille, France with Tap Air Portugal last September and were supposed to get our money refunded within 90 days. Well, that never happened. We called Air Portugal again and the refund was supposed to be credited right away. Again, that did not happen. What can we do to get our $3000+ refunded? Will really appreciate any suggestions!
