I’ve featured Wendover Productions videos (like this one) in the past because they are often travel-related. Well, Wendover smartly put another together video—”Why Airlines Sell More Seats Than They Have,” above—when they heard the United news. The video above is a bit less polished and not as long than their normal ones, but’s is worth watching. Although critics will say United’s fiasco wasn’t an overbooking problem, it was an operational problem that the incident brought to the forefront.
