Amazon’s Big Deal Days are coming to a screen near you. Amazon will release their best early holiday deals, starting on October 10 at 3am EDT through October 11. So if you’ve got some shopping to do, whether it’s for yourself or whether you want to get a jump start on your holiday shopping list, now’s a good time to check out what’s on sale. According to Amazon, “Prime members will have access to deals from independent sellers like Ruggable x Jonathan Adler, Urban Decay Cosmetics, and PicassoTiles. New deals will drop as often as every five minutes during select periods throughout the event across a wide selection of products with fast and convenient delivery options.” They also say that this year, Amazon will make it even easier for Prime members to find deals they’re interested in with personalized recommendations based on past purchases, browsing history, and items saved to lists.
One cool thing about the upcoming sale is that Amazon Prime members can request early access to some of the biggest doorbuster deals. Amazon says that Prime members “can sign up for Invite-only deals on select products expected to sell out. Shop doorbuster deals expected to sell out from across a range of popular brands and categories by signing up for Invite-only deals to purchase products at an exclusive deal price.”
How does it work? On the invite-only product pages, you’ll see a link that says ‘request invite’. Click that and here’s what happens:
1. Request an invitation. Prime members get exclusive access to invite-only deals.
2. Check your email. Check for email invites during Prime Big Deal Days (October 10 – October 11, 2023).
3. Buy if invited. If invited, you’ll get an email notification with a unique link that’s valid throughout the during Prime Big Deal Days.
Amazon does say: Limited quantities. We won’t be able to grant all requests. If invited, you’ll get an email notification with a unique link during Prime Big Deal Days (October 10 – October 11, 2023). Limit one per customer.
