Bilt’s June Rent Day benefits are now live and this month’s rewards celebrate the expansion of the Neighborhood Dining rewards program. Elite members can earn up to 10x Bilt Points on June 1st at over 20,000 restaurants plus the usual credit card rewards.

What are the June Rent Day Perks?

There are two different restaurant-related Rent Day benefits available on June 1, 2024.

Up to 10x Points at Neighborhood Dining

First, Bilt Platinum and Gold members can earn 10x Bilt Points at the 20,000+ Bilt Neighborhood Dining locations. Silver and Blue members will earn 5x bonus points.

Previously, there was a relative handful of rewards restaurants participating in major metros across the United States. Members can activate this offer starting on 5/28 in the Bilt App in the Neighborhood tab.

Be sure to link your favorite rewards credit card or debit card to your Bilt Wallet to also earn purchase rewards at participating merchants. Then, you can start earning rewards by paying with a linked card at dining partners.

Bilt Brunch Series

The second June Rent Day perk is a brunch experience for two or four in New York, Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Seats start at $50 or 4,000 Bilt Points per person.

Reservations open in the mobile app on Wednesday, 5/29, at noon Eastern for Platinum members. Spots open at 12:10 for Gold, 12:20 for Silver, and finally at 12:30 for Blue members.

Rent Free Game Show

This month’s game show installment features YouTube influencer and singer Chris Hudson, aka Huddy, as the host. Gameplay opens at noon Eastern on 5/28 and closes at 3 p.m. Eastern on 6/1. The top 10 scores win free rent and the next 600 highest-scoring members scoop up extra points.

Further, there is a Point Quest Trivia game only available in the app on June 1st with the ability to win up to 250 bonus points.

Double Points on the First

Bilt World Elite Mastercard® members can earn double points on the first day of June (up to 10,000 bonus points on non-rent purchases).

Dining rewards earn 6x points plus the 5x or 10x Neighborhood Dining bonus. Travel earns 4x points and non-rent spending earns 2x points on June 1, 2024 only.

Free SoulCycle Rides

Another recurring benefit is a complimentary Rent Day ride at over 50 SoulCycle locations nationwide. Bilt members receive a special-themed class on May 30th at noon Eastern, bookable directly through the Bilt App.

One rider wins one month of free rent worth up to $2,500.

Additionally, if a last-minute schedule change occurs, be sure to cancel your ride before 5 p.m. local time on May 31 to avoid a potential $30 late cancellation or no-show charge.
