Without a doubt one of my favorite festivals—especially in October—is the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. I went a long time ago and still remember it vividly. One of our writers went recently and has plenty of tips. While searching for New Mexico webcams, I came across this gorgeous, full-screen, clear, live streaming webcam from downtown Silver City, New Mexico.
