The best shave ice or “ice shave” as they call it in Hilo town is from Wilson’s by the Bay. They don’t have a website but you can see the prices and flavors from one of the pictures I took below. I had a regular shave ice with watermelon, lychee and lilikoi for $3.50 and the thing was the size of my head.
