YouTube video

Last summer we featured Holland’s “The Original Cool” video, launched by the Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Amsterdam Marketing. The video received more than one million video views in only four months—and now, they’re back with a whole new series of adventures in 2014.

The first one—which is above and here on holland.com—is called “Can cool be taught?” and it features Holland’s cool ambassador, Pim de Koel, who begins to teach an American traveler how to be cool and show him how to adapt to the Dutch way of life through biking, museums, canals, local foods and other authentically Dutch experiences. It’s very well done and really makes you want to go for a visit.

A most entertaining video. I enjoyed Holland when I visited it.
