In an effort to draw attention to efforts to protect the Great Barrier Reef, the environmental group WWF posted the incredible video above. The WWF put a GoPro camera (you can buy one on Amazon) on the back of a turtle, which swam around the reef for 15 minutes before the camera fell off its shell. From the those 15 minutes, they have some amazing footage of the turtle swimming around a small portion of the 1,430-mile-long reef off the Australian coast. The Great Barrier Reef is home to almost 6,000 species but it’s getting badly polluted, which is affecting the turtles. Watch the video above, and check out more on the cause here.
