It’s Thanksgiving in the U.S., and so I want to take the time to say: Thank you for the support! If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t be able to have the greatest job on Earth, so thank you, thank you!
Whenever I get asked what my #1 tip is, I always say simply, “be nice to everyone.” The hard work of others—like gate agents, flight attendants, hotel operators and the rest—is what makes any trip what it is, and so a little gratitude and friendliness will always take you a long way. Happy Thanksgiving!
