CurtainShut the Curtain
If you’re on a night flight and there’s a curtain between your cabin and the galley or bathroom, then make sure to close it after each time you pass through. I know passengers should bring eye masks (like this one), but some forget to, or may read/work/watch a movie instead of sleep, so a beaming light isn’t very welcome in the middle of the night. It takes a only second, but will always be much appreciated.

Have your own travel pet peeves? Join the conversation on Twitter tomorrow—Friday, May 2—when Chris McGinnis and I will be talking about flying etiquette in our weekly one-hour #TravelSkills chat at 12 pm ET/9 am PT. Check out more details here.
