Whatever you do, don’t be late for your holiday flightIf you watched Tom Costello’s piece this morning on TODAY, you know that if you miss your flight this holiday season you might not get on another one. You can watch the piece online here, or below. The tip is at the 1:39 mark.

Keep in mind that a record 28.5+ million people will fly on U.S. airlines between Friday, November 17, and Tuesday, November 28, which is a million more than over the same period last year. Planes will be full, so if you miss your flight, don’t think you’re getting on another one right away. My advice is to leave for the airport extra early just in case you run into traffic, you can’t find parking, there are long check-in/security lines, etc. Good luck, and happy Thanksgiving!
