If you love a good travel deal, you’ll want to check out Thrifty Traveler Premium — a subscription service that sends curated flight and hotel deals straight to your inbox. It consistently finds deals that are hard to beat, whether you’re booking with cash, points or miles.

Thrifty Traveler Premium is not a booking site. Instead, it alerts you to incredible fares and provides step-by-step instructions so you can book directly with the airline or hotel. Deals cover domestic and international flights, economy to first class, award and cash tickets, mistake fares and even premium cabin alerts. They gave me a two-week free trial to test them out and I’m impressed.

Here’s why I love Thrifty Traveler:

Real flight experts, not bots: Each deal is handpicked by a team of travel pros. You can even reply to the email from the expert that found the deal to ask questions.

Big savings on premium flights: You can find NYC to Tokyo in business class for $1,500 or Minneapolis to Paris for $350.

Step-by-step guidance: Every alert includes exactly how to book.

Multiple seats available: 2+ seats per deal, so you can travel with family or friends.

Hotel deals: Top-rated luxury properties, all-inclusive resorts and hard-to-book hotels.

Recent Deals

Fiji for $648 (was $1,200)
Nonstop flights with Fiji Airways, including a carry-on, checked bag and meals. They added the best time to travel: May, August, or September during dry season. They’re right, since we were there for Thanksgiving and the weather was not great. Here’s my review of Fiji Airways.

Delta SkyMiles Flash Sale to Europe
They just had this deal where they pointed out that Main Cabin fares were priced the same as Basic Economy. Flights to Amsterdam, Paris, London, Dublin and more for 22K–28K SkyMiles roundtrip from LAX. They remind readers that you can transfer points from Amex Membership Rewards and they’re usually instant in case you need more miles/points.

AA First Class Boston to Los Angeles from 40K points each way
They just sent a deal to Boston and L.A. subscribers that American Airlines has lie-flat seats (including priority boarding, checked bags, meals and lounge access) through April. That’s a great deal since sometimes AA charges over 300,000 miles which is a rip. See screenshot below.

Thrifty Tip: Deals like these can disappear within hours. When you see one, book ASAP. Thanks to the 24-hour rule, you have some flexibility to cancel if plans change.
