FluStaying Healthy on the Road
One way to stay healthy on the road—besides keeping your hands away from your eyes, nose and mouth—is to wipe things around you down with anti-bacterial wipes. The anti-bacterial wipes are cheap, and it only takes a moment. In your hotel, for example, wipe down the remote control, light switches, telephone, etc. When you fly, wipe down your surrounding area including the seat belt, tray table and overhead bin handle.
