9:11 MemVisit the 9/11 Memorial in NYC
Thirteen years later, the events of September 11, 2001 are a still fresh in many American minds, and so today, it’s worth taking a moment to think about all of the people that were affected.

I had the chance to visit the 9/11 Memorial in New York last year, and I have to say, it was even more beautiful than I expected. Next time you’re in the area, I fully recommend going (early or late in the day, as lines can get long). Here’s a short piece I wrote on it after my visit.
