I applied DAYS ago, and haven’t heard a word. Should I worry about the confidential information I sent?

No, this is normal. You can always call Bank of America to check on your status if you haven’t heard anything in 14 days.

Is this $0 companion fare only open to new accounts? We are long time card holders and have three companion fares in our virtual Alaska coupons. Can I use those with no cost?
